SHIPPING & DELIVERY Policy
Shipping Processing Time
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
- All orders are processed within three to five business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days please allow additional dates in transit for delivery. Items that are on back order will be shipped out as soon as they become available.
- Please note you will receive your order anywhere from 5 to 10 business days from the date that it is shipped out not the date the order is placed.
- After your payment is authorized and verified it can take up to two business days to process your order.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays and orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM CST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Domestic Shipping Fees
All our artwork is dispatched through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). We strive to secure the most affordable rate possible. Shipping fees are based on the weight and dimensions of the print or original artwork, along with its packaging. We take great care in packaging the artwork or print to guarantee its safe delivery to your home or business. Additionally, we do not charge for the packaging of the art. Please note that these rates are subject to change.
- USPS Ground Advantage Delivery (tracking service is included) within the US in 2-5 business days for large envelopes and packages up to 70 lbs. Learn More
- USPS Priority Mail Delivery in 1, 2, or 3 business days
- UPS Ground Shipping in 3-5 Days
International shipping is currently unavailable
Due to the risks and costs associated with shipping artwork, we are currently unable to offer international shipping.
Pick up Options
If you are local, you have the opportunity to collect your artwork directly from me. Available times and dates can be viewed at checkout.
Original Artwork Collection Shipping
The Collections of Original Artwork, which include large pieces, are more expensive to ship so please email us at vibrantart22@outlook.com to get a shipping quote. Please note that these rates are subject to change.
Return and Refund Policy
Disclaimer: Please note that while we strive to accurately represent the colors of our artwork, variations may occur due to differences in individual monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photographic processes. The colors and textures seen on your screen may not exactly match the actual artwork. Each piece of art is unique and may have slight variations in color and texture. Additionally, the accuracy of the image representation can be influenced by the quality and calibration of your device’s display. I appreciate your understanding in this matter. Thank you for your interest in my artwork.

CATORI CANVAS does not accept returns unless the Artwork or Print arrives damaged.
To initiate a return you have, please email Vibrantart22@outlook.com and include the following information:
- Your name
- The title of the piece
- The date of purchase
- The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt, or confirmation email you received after purchase).
- If the art arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage.
- Please return the Artwork it in the original packaging.
Your refund will be processed when the return has been received. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
